Sherburne-Earlville High School administers the
ASVAB annually the first Tuesday of October

The ASVAB (Armed Service Vocational Aptitude Battery) is a free test available to all juniors and seniors. This test measures students’ abilities in various areas and provides an interest inventory. As a result, students who take the test are able to get a better idea of what kind of job or career they may be good at based on their skills and interests. Though it is a required test for individuals who are entering the armed services, it is not restricted to these individuals. Students who take the test are under no obligation to join a branch of the armed services. The ASVAB is an excellent tool for those students who are struggling with what kind of degree or career to pursue after high school.
